Preparation
Interior - All furniture, items, and floors are covered with drop cloths as necessary. Walls and ceilings are inspected for cracks/nail holes, filled, and sanded. All items and surfaces not to be painted are masked to protect as necessary.

Exterior - Pressure washing a minimum of 5 days before painting is included. Loose siding nailed down. Caulking inspection and touch up. All items and surfaces not to be painted are masked to protect. Exterior lighting fixtures located on surfaces being serviced will be removed for painting and reinstalled after paint application.

Painting
We recommend using Rodda paint, as their materials are formulated specifically for the climate conditions here in the Pacific Northwest. After meticulous preparation paint will be applied with Airless sprayer, HVLP sprayer, or brush and roller. A second coat of finish is always recommended for sheen consistency and maximum durability/longevity. Second coat or tinted primer coat is required for new/unfinished surfaces and color change.

Cleaning and Restoration
Rooms/grounds are returned to their prior state. This includes the moving of furniture. Tape and masking debris is removed. Paint fumes are removed. All jobsite trash and debris is removed.

Inspect
